I just added $5 credit, and then I get usage tier 1
But its allowing me $120 per month, what does this mean?? Since on the dashboard I get shown I have used $6.81/$120 while on the billing section i still get shown $5 credit
i dont get it whats happening here exactly, did i just get free $120 credit??

No, you didn’t get $120 for free, that number is just your monthly usage cap. Your actual spending still comes from the $5 credit you added.
Since you’re already Tier 1, your account simply shows the Tier 1 monthly allowance, which is $120/month. So you can use up to $120 in a month, but you still pay only for what you actually use.
