I am new and I am confused with Usage Limit. I see Usage tiers different as per document:
I am at Tier 1 but my Credits show only $5.
I was expecting credit Grants to $100 because Usage Limit is $100.
Please clear if you can.

This means that you can deposit $100 but cant use more than that in credits until over 7 days have passed since first payment.
Minimum deposit is $5.
This is not a ‘Grant’ as in free credit if I’m understanding your question right.
