What are the associates costs of hosting a plugin?

Hi all,

We are developing a ChatGPT plugin. I understand that you have to pay $20/mo to use Plugins. I also (think) I understand that there is no associated cost to putting your Plugin on the OpenAI Plugin store itself. Excluding hosting costs, what are the associated OpenAI costs that we could be billed as the Plugin is used by Premium users?

When the plugin is used, are we charged based on the user query? Can we be charged even if the plugin isn’t directly used?

There are no charges from OpenAI for users using your plugin.

Your only costs are those associated with running your own service.
