I’m trying to make a fine adjustment, but in the last step of the process I get this error:

Has this happened to anyone else? I have credits on my account.

This is probably a temporary issue with one of the payment processing servers, if it is not resolved in 24 hours, or if you wish to do so right away, you should use the help.openai.com website and use the support bot in the bottom right hand corner, leave your contact details and the nature of your issue and a member of the OpenAI support staff with access to account details will be able to assist you.
