I cannot fine-tune a model even if I'm using a paid plan

Hi, I’m trying to fine-tune a GPT-3 model but I keep getting the error saying “Fine-tune will exceed free trial credits”.

I don’t understand it because I’m already using a paid plan by connecting my card. Also last time I fine-tuned a model, it worked perfectly fine and I paid the fee normally last month.

I’m now in two organizations, but I definitely set the right organization, to which I connected the card.
I’ve already contacted OpenAI contact via email, but I’ve got nothing yet.

I’m in the same situation.
I have registered a credit card and set the soft limit and hard limit to $80, but the following error is displayed.

“message”: “Fine-tune failed. Fine-tune will exceed free trial credits”

I have also asked OpenAI, but there is no response.

The number of tokens used for fine-tuning is about 50,000, but the situation is as above.
