From the page above, I tried “Verify Organization”.
But the like was expired. So I clicked the refresh button from the screenshot.
However, the link does not change.
This happens on my coworker’s computer as well.
I believe this is a bug.

OpenAI will handle account specific issues at support@openai.com
Best to:
- use the email address of the organization owner
- include the organization ID
- don’t be ambiguous, describe the action that must be taken.
