Verification complete but dashboard not updated/models not available

Hello,

I’ve successfully completed the verification-

But the Dashboard still gives me the option to Verify Organization. And sometimes when I reload the page I get this message: “We recently fixed an issue affecting verification. Please try verifying your organization again.”. If I try to re-verify the organization, then I get a link expired message in Persona (no matter how many times I renew the link, it’s always the same message). I’m guessing that happens as in Persona, I’m already verified.

It’s been many hours now (so definitely not the under 30 minutes issue). And I’ve tried creating new API keys as well, but to no avail.

Not sure what to do. Has anyone encountered something similar?

We have a Tier 5 account.

Hello! I can see your org has been successfully verified on my end. Our docs do say ~30 minutes, but I have seen full verifications take anywhere from 24-48 hours. Apologies for the delay here and wishing you smooth sailing from here.

I believe so, yes! It looks like your org has also been successfully verified on my end. Are you missing any particular features?
