Hi everyone,
So I’m having this issue on an organization tier 5 that has verified and yet we keep getting this error:
Error: 403 Your organization must be verified to use the model. If you just verified, it can take up to 15 minutes for access to propagate.
It’s been well over 15 minutes and nothing so far, so did something go wrong?
as seen bellow we have verified the organization:
but on https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/general
we see this:
Did anyone experience something similar? Or maybe its just a lack of patience thing? should we try to verify again?
