I had 3 usage limits and I tried to reset using Codex CLI, it failed. I thought something went wrong so I clicked reset again in the Codex App and it failed again. Now I just wasted 2 of my resets and nothing I could do. Any help or reimbursement of the resets?
I have the same issue. I just lost a reset. The limits are going between 0% and 99% erroneously. This is unacceptable.
I had the same thing happen yesterday, limit briefly showed being reset then went back to over limit and I lost the reset
Same here. I used a reset. It showed it activated, but in a new codex session I’m back to 0%.

Codex for me is unusable on a Thursday because of this

I did a quick manual search of the issues and found:
If that issue matches your problem, consider adding a 
reaction on the GitHub issue page itself, not just on the forum topic, as reactions on GitHub help the developers gauge impact and prioritize work.
If it is not the same issue, try searching the existing GitHub issues for a closer match. If you cannot find one, then open a new issue with as much detail as possible.
Can we expect a resolution soon? Completely blocked out for a few days. Don’t want to use another reset because people are reporting even the 2nd reset failed. Thanks.
Just had this happen, lots of duplicate issues raised on GH, hope they see the issues spread if they are able to put all the issues together, and compensation for the usage

I just used one of my usage reset, the usage limits from the codex app are show as full now but the codex CLI still show the exhausted limits, and when I prompt it gives me the usual message:
You’ve hit your usage limit. Visit …
also if I refresh from /codex/settings/usage, sometimes I see 100%, most of the time I see 0%
it seems like my reset it’s not working, can you help?
Got Trapped here - Wasted a Reset –
The reason I fell for it was because even when my 5h and weekly usage was 0 - It continued to do the work for quite some time on sol ultra high – when I used the reset - it immediately went from 100 to 0 – I thought may be I have used all the limits and did the reset again with same thing happening again
I have the same problem.
I had 3 full reset rights and I used it based on the fastest expiration, but I got an anime pop-up that charges and after that it didn’t actually reset.
After that, I left an inquiry on Help.OpenAi, but in the end, I can’t confirm what I’m saying about my personal account. They asked me to check the time and information I actually pressed, and they claim that the initialization of the credit cannot be reissued individually, which is a ridiculous answer.
