I had 2 of them, used 1 because I spent my usage and it looked like it worked but as soon as it got to 100% the usage went back to 0%, I tried my 2nd and last reset and the same thing happened.
please help.

Well I’m guessing they worked just many, many hours after the fact because my usage did reset but also again only after having used a little. Unless it reset for everyone 2 more times?
I just encountered the same issue. I used one last week via codex cli and it worked. I tried it today via ChatGPT app and the reset didn’t work, same thing got to 100% on the display, but never reset and now sits at 0%. I’m now anxious whether I should try again with one of my last ones 
really frustrating not knowing what is going on. Hopefully they solve it soon
The strange thing is the full available usage shows up on the codex web and chagpt web, but not on the chatgpt app or codex cli. Any idea why this might be happening?
update :
I prompted the help bot to suggest what to do, it said log out of all clients (cli, web, app, phone), wait 15 minutes, then log in again. I was surprised to come back to 100%. I’m still not sure if this is what solved it or not.
I had the same issue and followed the same instructions.My usage didn’t reset back to 100%.
