URGENT HELP NEEDED.
Hello. Everytime i use any api on the playground for chatgpt api, im hit that i have hit “usage limits”.
-Im on Tier 4.
-I have 120+ USD in credits.
-The spend for my whole org (the account) is 0$ for the month.
-Yes, its not just the spend after the month rolls over, for over 30 days in a row, i have not made a single API call.
…Yet i have hit usage limits?
Conclusion: I have no idea why i cant make a single API call for over 1 month, even though i have credits? Am i shadow banned? What can i do?
