Monthly usage limits granted by OpenAI just on dashboard?

I’m on paid plan and having a monthly usage limit set at $2500, but i’m still receiving the following error message when i use the api on my web application or even when i use the playground:

“You’ve reached your usage limit. See your usage dashboard and billing settings for more details.”

is there any solution for that?

contacting the support take weeks without solving the problem.

At the right, where it shows your cumulative use, there should be a little gray band representing unused credits.

All your credits have been either spent (green) or are expired. You likely need to purchase more.

Maybe your points have expired and you need to purchase points.

The $2500 on my account there is not a credit, it’s the threshold monthly limit usage.
