Hi, I am using my API key to generate some prompts, and responses, it all works fine, but there is a glitch in the “dashboard”:https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/usage https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/billing/overview
It is showing me that I have 0$ balance, however it’s not true
also in the usage overview it states that i should spend my balance until 01.12.2024, but there are also 0$ values everywhere…
But still, it allows me to use the API key and responding without problems. Just saying…

The 0 values mean that those credits have been used up and there are none left in the respective credit recharge.
The expires tab indicates the date upto which the credit recharge is valid and can be consumed.
I have more than 40$ left, also the API works, not saying that I’ve reached some limit, neither that I have no balance

Can you please elaborate how? The screenshots show that all credits have been consumed.
Also wanted to confirm if you are part of multiple orgs.
Last time I’ve checked I had 41$ , after that I’ve used 1-2 vision promts which are 1 cent / request. Also when I navigate through the whole usage in 12 months, and adding up what I’ve spent and how many I’ve deposited, there should be more than 40$ left.
Regarding the organization: I am using the default one, I am the only member. Haven’t created additional organizations
