Our corporate ChatGPT workspace was unexpectedly deactivated on July 2, 2026.

This deactivation was unexpected because prior discussions with our OpenAI account manager indicated that our workspace would be downgraded from ChatGPT Enterprise to ChatGPT Business, with user access and chat history preserved, rather than being fully deactivated.
The workspace remains unavailable as of July 10, 2026, causing operational impact to our users and business processes. Case #11051721 (support case opened after deactivation)
