I think so. So can you tell me, I logged in on my Windows and Linux system on one computer, and my mobile phone. Does OpenAI regard it as my account was shared to 3 users?
Crying. My problem is still not solved. 
I still can’t use it here. Yesterday, I subscribed to CLAUDE, but the number of exchanges in each conversation is very short, and the file input length is not as large as CHATGPT’s. Of course, the answer quality is much better. If CHATGPT doesn’t restore my file reading function in a week, I will have to cancel my subscription. It’s really a pity!By the way, my iPhone can still read images. I’m using the same network.

Try disabling the memory, that fixed it for me.
It is back in the morning when i test it at home, but now it is not working now in the office. And somehow when i try it by remotely control my pc at home and it is not working, so i dont think it is IP related.
Yesterday, everything was back to normal. Today, it’s a mess again. I have no idea what tf OpenAI is doing right now. It’s so frustrating!

I am not exactly sure how OpenAI determines if an account is “shared” but in the scenario you describe, it should not be.
I don’t think so, it should be determine by the rate of topic changing, but, like, even my 1 user account meet this problem, my friends too
A few days ago, I subscribed to Claude, and this morning it suddenly returned to normal. I’m not sure how long it will last.Yesterday, it still couldn’t read files all day.

today after almost 10 days, file and image upload features are working properly now on Windows desktop. I hope it should not go away again. I was planning to switch to claude today morning but it started working again.
