Urgent: Can't pay $36000 invoice. Bank card daily limits

Hello community,
Our company received an invoice $36000 for March, but we can’t pay it because the daily limits for bank card. Our bank can’t increase the limits.
How should we resolve this?

I already contacted. But they don’t respond. And soon they will try to charge again and it will fail and they will block our API.

We can’t help you here, normally it takes one too two weeks to get a response from help.openai.com. You can look at other banking options and see if you can get one with a higher daily limit.

You can also try sales@openai.com, if you haven’t already.
Maybe inquire about a Enterprise account with them since you should be able to meet most of the requirements with that monthly spend.
