Has anyone encountered exceeding the limit? I set a monthly budget of $10,000 per month, but the deduction amount in May is much higher than this limit！Even exceeding the OpenAI Usage limit of $15000.
The support is not responding. what should I do？

We have had several similar reports here in the forum regarding this behavior.
The workaround that makes the most sense to me is to remove the credit card information after purchasing credits.
But that is really nothing but a workaround.
Hope that helps somewhat and I am also hoping that this will get resolved ASAP.
