I am not able to verify my business via persona link and it has been 5 days since this is happening. I am planning to submit a chatgpt app and I cant do so because the persona link wont refresh. When I try to refresh the link, it throws this big error saying there is an error processing my request. It has been so frustrating. I dont know what else to do. Check the attached screenshot. Can someone help me please?
If nothing changes on your end, try verify as a solo developer. That should allow you to submit the app.
