Just went through the Persona verification process to get approval for my organization. I used my drivers licence, and everything went well. In the end my verification was successful. That “successful” page just sat there with nothing else happening. I opened another tab 1 hour later and saw my verification still under review. I went back to the original “successful page” page and it turned into “session expired.” I understood it could take some time, but after a whole day, same issue. I did everything I saw with help in the forums, then went to the chatbot which added a couple steps to try. I did them, and not successful. The chatbot said it would raise my issue to a real specialist. In the end it said it could take a few days to get a reply in my email or conversation window.
OK. HERE IS THE WHACKED OUT PART!!!
- I asked ChatGPT to give me help and it just said to switch to a less not restricted model to continue to build my agent until it got fixed. No other points of help, just that—MULTIPLE TIMES.
- I went on the Persona site and asked help on their end. After explaining myself, it said I could get help with why verification links might expire “here”—- click this word to get more info. OMG. I GOT THIS PHOTO OF
“Your verification link is invalid or expired”
OMG OMG OMG!!! Is it me or the verification universe is out to get me lol
Just want to get this solved and have seen tons of this issue happening. Just putting this out there for irony and some help.
Please help.
