Unable to upload PDF file

I am experiencing an issue with uploading a PDF file on ChatGPT. The file size is 2MB and I have tried the following steps:

  • Used different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
  • Cleared cache and cookies
  • Tried different network connections
  • Used different devices
  • The error message I receive is: “Unable to upload [file name].pdf”
    I have attached a screenshot of the error message. Please assist in resolving this issue.

The same issue here. You can try to zip your pdf and send it, but its kinda openai’s issue right now

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried zipping the PDF file and it worked. The upload issue is resolved now.

I have been having the same issue. It has been 6 hours!

I still can’t upload any office or pdf file! I’ve tried all the possible ways. What is happening?!? And I’m subscribed to the Team Gpt!

I have the same problem, and even with ZIP it doesn’t work for me. what can i do? Is there a way to reach human support?
