Trying to log into ChatGPT today (same computer, same internet connection, I didn’t even unplug the ethernet cable), I suddenly got a webpage saying that it would send me email with a verification code. No biggie, it probably flagged me as logging in from a different device because it tends to happen on other websites too.
I haven’t received the email at all. Contacting support through help.openai.com doesn’t work - their chatbot suggests the obvious: check your spam folder, junk folder, resend the email, yada yada yada. Tried clearing cookies, using different browsers, using different computers+internet connections, trying to log in from a phone. Since none of them worked, I have no idea what to do next. It’s not as if I’m not receiving any emails on that domain. I receive other OpenAI emails, always. There’s no support email I can find. I don’t even know how to raise a ticket. What are my options?
The same issue, and creating a new account doesn’t work either. Also, password recovery doesn’t work. It says every time that the email has been sent, but it doesn’t actually get sent. Very frustrating.
I am also facing the same problem. How come for more than 24 hours they can’t solve such an issue!!! Why do we have to pay monthly if they can’t find a solution? at once?
