I think there is an issue with the Plugin system at the moment, this is usually fixed very quickly, please hang in there.

I am unable to install certain plugins such as zapier, but I manage to install others. I have the option to install, I click on it and nothing happens.
I have the same issue going on but with Close CRM.
I was able to install it before, but since I uninstalled it the other day to refresh its permissions to the CRM I use, I am unable to install the Close CRM plugin.
