I am unable to get response after uploading image in the desktop version and I am Plus user. From Nov 27 everyone are facing this issue , when i approach the support team they will give an useless reply which wont solve the problem at all
and it works well in the app. It can’t even read documents like pdf and docx everyhing is fine from my side i am uploading files under the max capacity. Also i never used vpn @openai @OpenAI Staff
