Since yesterday, I’m facing problem in Chatgpt-4 Plus. it’s not accepting/reading Pdf, other docs, images and also limiting word count.
Is this a bug or anything they updated?

This error also happened to me and other people since 25/11 to today. Most of the time the GPT plus tells me that it can’t help me with images and files. But I truly find it work yesterday. I wrote emails to GPT help and even gien them my HAR file. But it still word bad today. I am also confused.

Yes, I am really angry with openai company, I pay 20 dollar every month, but their gpt seem become worse and worse!!!

I’m also experiencing this issue - ChatGPT is unaware of uploaded PDFs
