I have a strange issue with a custom GPT. If I request a word document and download link an error is indicated. If I pivot to a standard chat it works. Not pointing fingers but maybe there is a throttle on certain features for custom GPTs?

Thank you for the reply and I have attempted the troubleshooting steps. The odd point is that document generation works from a standard chat but not my custom GPT chat. Thanks again for the reply.
Having the same issue. Tried to have it create documents by giving it “liberty” to interpret that command, and by giving it specific direction (e.g. RTF, txt, docx). No go. They all fail.
