I have a strange issue with a custom GPT. If I request a word document and download link an error is indicated. If I pivot to a standard chat it works. Not pointing fingers but maybe there is a throttle on certain features for custom GPTs?

Having the same issue. Tried to have it create documents by giving it “liberty” to interpret that command, and by giving it specific direction (e.g. RTF, txt, docx). No go. They all fail.

I am having the same Issue. Best I could do is to ask gpt to write the python script and then run the script on the local machine and retrieve the document.

Having the same problem. Can create Word document in a normal prompt but not a Custom GPT.
Very frustrating. The link it creates is to a ‘View Analysis’ popup.
Has anyone got this working?

I have the same issue. In fact, it’s now stuck analyzing.

For this to work you’ll need to enable code interpreter as it’s off by default (but if you do, other users may also download the contents of your knowledge files)
Once updated try this prompt:
Generate a .docx file containing this content: [insert content].

This is because ChatGPT absolutely CANNOT generate proper Word Documents. Fails 100% of the time. It is useless for what one would expect to be a very high-value proposition for this subscription.
