Hi we are currently having an issue with downloading usage cost for the last 90days as a csv. We are unable to download it. The download is stuck in buffering.

Yeah, I’ve run into the same issue recently — the CSV export for usage costs seems to just hang indefinitely. It started happening a few days ago, so it might be a temporary issue on OpenAI’s end.
In the meantime, you can still view your usage data through the dashboard API (/v1/usage) or filter by date range directly in the browser, though that’s not ideal for larger reports.
Might be worth submitting a support ticket too — if multiple users report it, it’ll probably get fixed faster.
