I am experiencing an issue with Vector Store files in the OpenAI dashboard.
i having issues deleting files from the Vector Store. When I try to delete certain files, the dashboard appears to keep loading and the files are not removed.

Yes, this is reproducible.
The API returns a 200 with deleted=true, but in most cases the association with the vector store is not actually deleted.
I will ask the team to take a look.
Hello, I am also currently experiencing this issue: it takes several attempts to detach a file from a vector store (via the dash board or via the API).

Hello, i am experiencing the same problme here as well at this time.
I am experiencing the same issue. The DELETE endpoint returns "deleted": true but files remain in the vector store listing immediately after. This affects both API calls via curl and manual deletions through the dashboard UI. The issue is affecting our entire organization across multiple projects and vector stores. I have already opened a support ticket with paired request IDs, hoping for a fix soon.
