Please see the attached screenshots. I have also described the issue below.
Issue:
The ChatGPT web model picker does not show the Intelligence options, such as Instant, Medium, and High. I can only see GPT-5.5 and model versions such as 5.5, 5.4, 5.3, 5.2, and o3.
Expected:
The model picker should allow me to switch the Intelligence level between Instant, Medium, and High.
Actual:
The Intelligence options are missing or inaccessible, so I cannot adjust the intelligence level.
Troubleshooting already tried:
- Cleared cookies and site data for chatgpt.com, openai.com, and auth.openai.com.
- Cleared browser cache.
- Logged out and logged back in.
- Restarted Google Chrome.
- Tried incognito mode.
- Disabled browser extensions.
- Refreshed the page multiple times.
