Unable to Access Legacy Model o3 with Teams Paid Account Despite "Show Additional Models" Enabled

According to OpenAI, “Paid users can toggle on “Show additional models” in settings to add legacy models like o3 and GPT-4.1, as well as GPT-5 Thinking mini, to the model picker”

I have a paid TEAMS account. The only model that I see in the legacy picker is 4o. I am only interested in using the ChatGPT web interface, not API. The only model that I am interested in is o3. Can I get that back somehow? I have cleared cookies, I have activated “Show additional model”, tried an incognito session with fresh login… to no effect.
