I am trying to start a payment plan in openai API. Once I entered my card information and press “Continue” button I get an error message: “You’re making too many requests, please slow down”. I have tried it with different cards but nothing, the same error appears again and again. The cards I am trying are issued in Japan.
I am new to this and I don’t have any idea what is the problem.
Can someone help me?

How many cards did you try?
“You’re making too many requests, please slow down”
This is a common issue, seemingly received when OpenAI itself is making too many transactions by credit card to its processor. The solution is to wait and try again - and maybe we should figure out if it’s some kind of hourly or daily limit.
