It’s been hours that I’ve been trying to add a credit card but there’s this error, thought i could just wait some minutes or something but it’s been like that for hours now.

Yeah, giving OpenAI money can be a PITA, it’s almost like they don’t want it.
Anyways, it looks like stripe either banned your IP, or maybe your entire IP range, likely due to perceived fraud.
are you using a VPN?
If you are, try turning it off. If you aren’t try using one, and switching exit nodes until you find one that works.
I had a similar issue from a US based residential IP address (although I got a different error at the time that required looking for javascript errors in the console). Sometimes your ISP just gives you an address that a previous user used for spam.
We’re all just grasping in the dark here, hopefully one of those solutions works.
It looks like OpenAi really hates people who try to access their features…
Will try the possible solution tomorrow, let’s see if someone else has this issue.
