Unable to access plugin store

I am having the same problem. I had four plugins listed and no more plugin store drop-down.

• Scroll to the end of your installed plugins.
• Click on one plugin.
• Press the down arrow key until the plugin store is highlighted.
• Press Enter when it’s selected.

I ve toggled Plugins and enabled chat history & training

tried incognito Chrome, but still can not see plugin store via UI
