The transaction for my ChatGPT subscription has successfully gone through today, but I can’t access GPT-4. My account billing information shows that i successfully paid for it at 10/10/2024, yet it offers to pay again.
I have tried manage billing, refreshed, logged out then back in but nothing

If you are logged in to ChatGPT, in the user menu, you can choose “my plan”, and see that you either have, or are offered to purchase, ChatGPT Plus.
Then in the user interface, there will be a bar top-center with a dropdown to choose more models than simply “ChatGPT” when your Plus subscription is turned on, model such as deliberately choosing gpt-4o, gpt-4o with canvas, or o1-mini, for example.
GPT-4 now appears under a submenu, ‘more models’. It is a ChatGPT-specific variant of the API’s gpt-4-turbo.
If you are instead inquiring about using the API, the API platform is completely separate from ChatGPT subscriptions in payments and entitlements.
