Issues with ChatGPT account limits despite team subscription

About six months ago, I purchased a ChatGPT Teams subscription with a colleague. However, I typically use ChatGPT for personal purposes, so I primarily use my personal account. At that time, I also canceled my Plus subscription. Since then, I have enjoyed the benefits of ChatGPT Plus on my personal account with the Teams subscription.

Recently, I noticed that my personal account has reverted to a free account, despite still having the Teams membership. For the first time in six months, I received a message stating, “You’ve hit the Free plan limit for GPT-4o. Responses will use another model until your limit resets tomorrow after 1:17 AM.”

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I’m unsure what is happening or how to contact someone at OpenAI for assistance.

I am having the same issue and I put in a support ticket over 2 months ago and can’t get anywhere. Meanwhile, I have a paid account this is useless because I can’t access it.

I have a similar issue, with four accounts being affected and the workspace gone despite being updated with payment. Waiting for an update from OpenAI team.
