“Trusted Access for Cyber” Failed Verification despite Persona Success

Hello,

I am an security researcher. I am trying to access OpenAI Codex TAC for my independent security research.

I am attempting to apply for TAC as an individual, but even though the Persona verification succeeds, I continually encounter the message:

“Your identity couldn’t be verified or your account is ineligible at this time. If you think this is a mistake, please contact support.”

I have contacted support, but they informed going to escalate to human review

Getting TAC access is the main deciding factor in whether I move my research stack over to the Codex plan. I’d really love the chance to test Codex for my security research automation and pipeline workflows.
