Anyone getting this message “Your identity couldn’t be verified or your account is ineligible at this time” for Trusted Access for Cyber? Previously, I remembered I’ve done this verification and got no problem for almost 2 months, but on my third month using Codex, now I got flag for cybersecurity task and the support only answer “We can’t provide additional details about verification outcomes, and Support can’t override the result. You can review the verification requirements and flow here: chatgpt.[com]/cyber” What should I do then? I can’t verify, the support is not being helpful. @OpenAI_Support
I’m experiencing the same issue. My Trusted Access verification had been working normally for quite some time, but it suddenly stopped working today. I’d appreciate it if the team could investigate and restore access as soon as possible.

Hi, I am facing this issue from quite some time, and I am able to verify my identity as well, however, the website is stuck on re-verification despite passing the verification diligently every single time.
I have tried everything, hard refresh, logging out, new browser, etc, it is evident that the issue from the OpenAI end and I would like to get it resolved.
I get: “Re-start verification” , even-though what appear to be successful messages during the authentication process!
I’ve been dealing with this issue for several months now. During that time, I’ve gone through the relevant documentation, tested the problem on multiple devices, and tried all of the usual troubleshooting steps. Yes, everything - even to the point of overkill ! ! !
So far, my conversations with support have not led to a solution. I’ve also been asked to provide screen recordings containing highly sensitive information, which I’m not comfortable sharing because of the obvious security and privacy risks. In addition, much of the troubleshooting has involved repeated requests for information that does not appear relevant, leaving me to carry out most of the investigation myself.
At this point, I would like the support team to review the available internal information and investigate the issue based on the specific details of my case, rather than continuing with general troubleshooting questions.
Please escalate this matter to the appropriate team. I would like either a working solution or a clear written explanation of what is causing the issue and why it has remained unresolved for so long.
