Tried to add 40+ users to Team Plan but encounter 2 main errors

Hi, we have a team Plan on our domain.
recently I tried to add a few users to my workspace(as owner).
once I hit invite and added their role, the invite was sent to their mailbox.
some managed to log in but didn’t see the ChatGPT4 license.
some couldn’t log in(user been deleted somehow and cannot create a new one)
after 24 hours I have only half of the users are logged in.
anyone encounter this issue?also support won’t answer on email…

Experiencing the same problem, after the first 30 members, the rest cannot be added in the workspace
Reported this 3 days ago to support - haven’t heard back anything yet

We have the same problem. Can not add more than 32 users. Have been like this for 4 days now.

Where did you find a mail adress for support? I have tried everything to get i touch with the support without luck!

It wouldn’t be surprising if there was a limit set, since in the ChatGPT teams plan, regardless of their permissions, new members can be invited, and the creator of the account must pay the fees.

Is it possible to restrict members from adding additional members to my ChatGPT Team workspace?

We currently do not offer the functionality to restrict members from adding members, as ChatGPT Team is meant as a collaborative workspace. We recommend inviting only trusted team members and regularly reviewing your workspace’s Members page.
