Hi posting here because my support requests are being ignored, but I would like to transfer over the credits from one of my accounts that I no longer have the email for. Have spent over 300+ USD on the account, which to me is quite alot of money, so please, would greatly appreciate if I can get help with this

The way you would want to do this by self-help is to invite your new OpenAI account as an “owner” member to the API organization.

After acceptance, you will then have two organizations showing in the platform site for the new account, being able to select the other at upper-left, with all its billing intact.
Once you have ensured full rights and utility, migrated applications, the other “owner” can be removed by the new owner.
You of course must still have account access, and an existing email address cannot be changed (including for ChatGPT). You can send a “help” message once logging into platform.openai.com.
