I’m trying to gain access to my open AI account however my email got compromised and normally to get it out of my open AI account. I’m using the authenticator. This is working without a problem however when I try to log into the API section, it wants me to validate my email, but I can’t because my domain got stolen.
Why doesn’t the open AI API section use the authenticator the problem I have is I can’t contact anybody to gain access to my account because it wants to email the code to my email address that’s not valid.
Any ideas on how to get this fixed because my credit card is tied to my open AI API account with old email address and I can’t turn the damn thing off and try to get things migrated to an email that works
