I have a current paid subscription ChatGPT PLUS!!!
I am an active user of openai and a developer of useful plugins for the type of text visualization in ascii.

I’m on the same boat as you. The only way I got to contact with support was through the chatbot at help.openai. Choose “contact us” and tell them your problem and email you signed up with. They should get back to you and file a ticket. To prove my innocence, I sent receipts of the payment.

They should also tell you what happened through the chat. Mine was “suspicious payment activity”.
