Today ChatGPT File is not being read… There is a bug. today 2 image updalod it not reading file why. it chatgpt bug ??

yes, check if you can search web, create images, and read images. It cannot do them also
@Technuka - Welcome to the forum. Yes there was a partial outage to fix that bug. You may check OpenAI Status to see if the issue is resolved. Guess it should be fixed by now.
Unfortunately I am still experiencing the same issue on the web version. Along with the context and memory errors mentioned by a couple other users.
@Munna23 the openai status page shows it as resolved but I’m facing the same issue. All of my friends are also facing the issue. We all are plus users.

gpt4 can’t read image and file, but gpt can read. Why?

Same issue and I can’t work anything since yesterday!! Do they try to fix it? I check the https://status.openai.com/ and all I see a green title with “All Systems Operational”???
