Tier 3 Limits - Access didnt become, even paid 100USD

Hi,

how do we get tier3 limits?

We paid 100 USD and waited 7 days.

But are still tier1…

This rule (https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/rate-limits) we already did, so we dont understand.

Did you hit all the API endpoints? Might also try adding an additional $5 for it to recalculate.

The second sentence above is the correct action needed.

• Tier is only recalculated when and after an additional payment is made;
• Tier elevation will only be available after time has passed since the first payment;
• Tier elevation considers the total paid to OpenAI, not your usage of services.

The problem will be if you already paid in the maximum tier-1 balance of $100, you will need to make $5+ dollars of usage in order to add any other payment.
