Same here, I am on Chromium. On MIUMI, there is no such window so it works.
Same issue here. Reported about this issue. No response yet. Tried on Chrome and Edge.
I have also encountered this issue and submitted a report, but I am still awaiting a response. I have tested this on both Chrome and Edge, and I can confirm that it is not functioning correctly. However, it does work on my mobile device.

While this is being fixed, you can try using the ChatGPT Desktop application which works fine so far. It seems the issue affected only the web version.
And if I am on Linux?

That’s going nowhere. There is a bot with predefined topics. If I had chatgpt I would ask “How to contact openAI?” and “How to submit a bug to openAI?”
