When I tried to connect this morning (chrome/PC), I got a message saying: “ChatGPT has now memory…” and then I have to click : “Not Now” Or “Activate”.
But the screen remains still, whether I click or not and I can’t access at all at chat gpt.
I tried many solutions: I cleared all my internet data, password, tried it on Edge or mozilla…
Nothing works.
My country is France.
Is anyone able to help, please?
Can’t help you. Just give you some comfort and to myself. Exact problem here! Tried both Edge and Chrome. Same result.

Same issue. Got the message when switching from my team account to the personal account. Now can’t even switch back to my team account.
Obviously a bug in the latest OpenAI update.

Same issue here. Try it with different browser. The free version don’t have this problem (only paid plans have the problem). You can log in with another email until the problem is resolved.
Mine is back to service! Fast. Looks like back to normal.
There were some issues with ChatGPT yesterday, it’s likely this is a related issue, however it’s working for me atm.

neither on iphone or windows or mac I can work with chatgpt. the problem is that the reminder has been deactivated and cannot be reactivated
