Stuck on "ChatGPT now has memory" pop up, "Enable" or "Not now" buttons do not respond

Hi.

I am stuck on “ChatGPT now has memory” pop up, “Enable” or “Not now” buttons do not respond. I tried opening on separate browser, refreshing the page. Since the pop up won’t disappear, I cannot access the chat or anything else on the page.

UPDATE: The problem was solved by itself, all of a sudden the button did respond. (I’m based in the Netherlands.)

Same problem here - for hours , it doesn’t resolve by itself, the buttons don’t seem to work (while looking at the source code in dev tools i see that there are no actions applied to buttons), tried everything (every browser, cleared cache and cookies etc) :frowning: Hope this gets resolved soon.

Same problem cant get pass the popup.

Same problem here, tried in multiple browsers.

When you use chatGPT without being logged in, it works because you will not get the query about memory. Hope it helps a bit…

Problem with this “fix” is that you cannot use memory or access conversations stored in your account…

Same here. Tried Edge and Explorer browser, laptop and iPhone. Buttons do not work, stay stuck in the mentioned pop up window.

Same, seems the problem still there. Buttons “Enable” and “not now” unresponsive.

Same problem with edge browser and ChatGPT windows store app. I managed to find temporary solution by using the Edge browser inspector and adding
style=“display: none;”

To the blocking elements. Also the body needed “style=“pointer-events: true;””

Cannot login or work at all. Since today.

Same issue here. Cannot get past the “enable memory” popup.

Same here.

I tried everything, even the app is blocked.

On my iphone it works but i haven’t killed the app since a long time.

I’ve just sent a mail to support.
