Last week I created an account, verified, and phone verified, signed up for the Dall2 and today I tried to login and my password was not working, tried to reset password nothing. It seems my account was deleted, after I tried to create an account, and now it’s saying “my phone number has been activated already so I don’t get a trial”
What’s going on? Is this just to get as much money from the community as possible? None of the Help links work on the site:
You cant manage your account password, you would think if they went onto a subscription model as opposed to open source there would be a little more effort put into their auth.
What are my options here? Am I going to get an invite under this “new” account?
