"The Email You Provided is Not Supported" Error When Trying to Access API Platform

Tutanota email user, active API user, active API key still answering requests, but no way to log in to the console and manage my account. No problem logging in to here, though! I have submitted a help request with OpenAI but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue, and hopefully, find out how it was resolved. I have a fair amount of credits and recurring billing, and I don’t want to lose access to those credits or being able to manage my account. Responses from OpenAI support have not been very useful so far - basic stuff like trying to log in from a private window (nope), different device (nope), different IP (nope). Thoughts?

What kind of error are you getting?

Can you please post details of the error and how you are trying to login?
Please make sure any personally Identifiable information is hidden.

Logging in to platform.openai.com, using username and password. Get this little gem when I try to log in:

Interestingly enough, when I try and log in from private it goes through the whole sending a verification code to my email rigamarole, which I receive, input…and get the same error message again.

Good day, I faced the same problem tonight. I use the account for more than 2 years, a lot of keys to assistants and in general a lot of things there. Today I wanted to refill my account before the new month and couldn’t log in, everywhere on all devices the same message - The Email You Provided is Not Supported. I can’t access my work and I can’t refill my account soon all the bots and Privetojects will stop… In the support answered to clean cookies and another browser, but it was not in this because I logged in for another account and there are no problems.

No, i have a my domain mail. But today i can acceses to the account.
