Oh man! big bummer! I just upgraded to Teams thinking the same - as we need to collaborate across projects and once paid and online I see is not possible at all to share projects or anything else. Sending me to GoogleDrive or Slack is ridiculous - for Google Drive or Slack collaboration I don’t need “TEAMS”! When will the features to really collaborate will be available?
I’m also feeling cheated. We went over and used Abacus.ai for a little while where the projects worked like you’d expect PROJECTS to work: Collaboration, shared files, shared chats, etc. but then it had limitations on some other aspects so upon reading the teams ‘Upgrade’ from Plus I thought they were going to work in the same way but the two of us that work together in our micro business would be able to collaborate on OUR business. At 3x the price and none of the functionality I feel deeply cheated and disappointed by Open AI.
Yeah this is the crucial feature to really have a productivy-tool which you can use in a team.
I hope they fix this soon, shouldn’t be much of a problem if multiple users have the same licenses and agree to share their data I think.
What I was able to do is make two workspaces/projects and teach it to use different personas based on the users input in that project. You can password protect these projects and multiple users can use it at the same time. Just set the parameters and have at.

Creating a custom GPT (in the GPTs tab) using your project instructions/files as knowledge, then Share or Publish that GPT to your workspace, then share it with your team?
Did it achieve the reusable functionality or the whole project context?
