I have the same issue for last 2 days with PRO account, support isn’t working on this problem, they just wrote me await…
Had same issue till make hard refresh cmd + shift + R

where do you open a request? can’t find it
For everyone that is confused about how to open a request or talk to the Help Desk team, you can try to click the bubble notification on the down-right side of the screen in help.openai.com. When you first ask a question, it would be an AI that would respond to you, just give it a prompt that you want to talk to a “real person” or the open AI team for help on this issue.

Same exact thing is currently happening to me, I’m surprised by how many people are experiencing this issue. Also there’s no reported outage on their “status page” so it seems ChatGPT is supposed to be working well. It says “We’re fully operational
We’re not aware of any issues affecting our systems.” I already went to the OpenAI Help Center and contacted them. I sent a screen recorded video of what was constantly happening and answered a few questions as well. But the person I was contacting suddenly went offline without saying anything and I’m still waiting for the problem to be solved. I think they automatically assume we only use ChatGPT on one device and any other device else is considered suspicious for some reason. I hope they fix this problem soon.

Update : I have asked for some help from the Help Center. They are giving a bland feedback just how the guides in Help Center are. Even after a follow-up question, and how i have said i had done everything per suggested, they responded to just follow the measurement that have been given.

Same issue unable to use all models
I also have same issues, and I contacted openai with email for multiple times. But they just said, “Please wait”. I waited, but for two days, the model access keeps turning on and off. openai’s behavior is very wrong.
Is this still not fixed? I think we should use another AI.
I 've just renewed my subscription and got this issue after a few days. Maybe using another AI platform is the solution.
