Stuck at Tier 1 but meeting criteria for Tier 2

Hi,

We meet the criteria to upgrade to tier 2 but we’re still at tier 1.

We made our first payment on February 26th (that’s 10 days before today) and we’ve spent 200$

I read in this forum that recharging your account worked for some people, but it did not work for us.

We also tried the chatbot, but no luck

Just after posting this, I’ve been upgraded to Tier 3 :slight_smile:
